摘要
为探究容器类型和规格对薄壳山核桃幼苗生长的影响,本研究以薄壳山核桃(Caryaillinoensis)1年生苗为研究对象,采用容器类型(火箭盆、美植袋、加仑盆)和容器规格(15 cm×30 cm、20 cm×35 cm、30 cm×40 cm)双因素试验设计,在生长季末测定各项生长指标,以期筛选适宜于生产的容器类型和规格。结果表明:容器类型和规格均对薄壳山核桃幼苗有显著影响,两者的交互效应也有一定影响。在同一类型容器中,大规格优于中规格和小规格;在同一规格容器中,加仑盆优于美植袋和火箭盆。在9个组合中,大规格加仑盆所培育出的苗木质量最高,各项生长指标均较优;从生产成本等经济角度出发,则选择大规格美植袋较为适宜。
In order to explore the effects of container types and sizes on the growth of Caryaillinoensis seedlings,a two-factor experiment was conducted on C.illinoensis annual seedlings.There were three kinds of container sizes(15 cm×30 cm;20 cm×35 cm;30 cm×40 cm)and three kinds of container types(the rocket basin,the American planting bag,andthe gallon basin).Various growth indexes were determined at the end of the growing season to screen suitable container types and sizes.The results showed that the container types and sizes both had significant effects on the C.illinoensis seedlings and the interaction between them also had some effects.The multiple comparison and principal component analysis showed that under the same type,the large size was better than the medium size and the small size was the worst;under the same specification,the gallon basin was better than the American planting bag and the rocket basin was the worst.Among the nine combinations,the quality of seedlings cultivated in the large gallon pots was the highest and many of its growth indexes were better.However,considering the production cost from the economic point of view,the large American planting bag was more suitable and this could be selected according to the actual situation.
