摘要
东北黑土地是我国珍贵的土壤资源。阐述辽宁省黑土地保护利用现状,针对当前黑土地保护利用中存在的质量不高、政策缺位、技术研究不够等问题,提出加强黑土地保护利用的相关策略与建议,以期为推动全省黑土地保护利用和夯实粮食安全基础提供参考。
The black land in Northeast China is a precious soil resource.This paper expounds the current situation of black land protection and utilization in Liaoning province,and puts forward relevant strategies and suggestions for strengthening the black land protection and utilization,aiming at the problems existing in the current black land protection and utilization,such as low quality,policy absence and lack of technology research,in order to provide references for promoting the whole province's black land protection and utilization and consolidating the foundation of food security.
