摘要
采用选择性催化还原法烟气脱硝技术的燃煤机组在低负荷运行时,烟气温度降低并脱离催化剂的活性温度窗口,导致脱硝系统退出运行。研究并应用了一种锅炉宽负荷脱硝系统,在锅炉省煤器内增加分隔隔板将省煤器烟道分为3路通道。低负荷时降低两侧烟道的烟气流量,减少省煤器换热量,提高SCR反应器进口烟气温度。
When the coal-fired power units(used the selective catalytic reduction denitrification technology,SCR)are at low-load operation,the flue gas temperature will decrease and get out of the catalytic running window and make the denitrification system out of operation.A system to achieve wide loads denitrification was researched and applied,which separates the economizer flue channel into 3 channels.At low-load operation,the system decreases the economizer’s heat transfer rate by closing the flue gas flow of two sides and increases the SCR inlet flue gas temperature.
