摘要
目的:对经膝关节镜引导小切口手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床应用价值进行分析和研究.方法:选择我院在2015年7月-2017年8月期间收治的60例胫骨平台骨折患者作为本次研究的纳入对象,按照硬币法将其随机划分为2组,对照组30例,观察组30例.通过传统切开内固定手术对对照组予以治疗,通过经膝关节镜引导小切口手术对观察组患者予以治疗,对2组患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较.结果:观察组的手术完成时间、术中出血量、住院时间均明显低于对照组,2组患者相比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.观察组的屈膝最大角度和伸膝最大角度均明显高于对照组,2组患者相比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.结论:在胫骨平台骨折的临床治疗中应用经膝关节镜引导小切口手术效果很好,其能够有效降低患者的出血量,并且减少患者的住院时间,患者的术后恢复更快.
Objective:To analyze and study the clinical value of knee arthroscopy guided small incision in the treatment of tibial plat-eau fractures.Methods:Sixty patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to August 2017 were included as subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the coin method,30 in the control group and 30 in the observation group.example.The control group was treated by traditional incision and internal fixation.The patients in the observation group were treated by knee arthroscopy guided small incision surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and com-pared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The maximum angle of knee flexion and the maximum knee extension angle of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:The use of knee arthroscopy to guide small incision in the clinical treatment of tibial plateau fractures was very effective,which could effectively re-duce the amount of bleeding in patients,and reduce the length of hospital stay,patients with faster recovery after surgery.
