摘要 针对热电偶测量系统远距离进行温度监测时,存在信号干扰、布线复杂等问题,设计了一种无线通信的测量系统。该系统以CC3200为核心,根据TCP协议实现了采集端和接收端之间的点对点数据传输。采集端对热电偶信号进行调理,调理精度在±1.5℃之内,把AD转换数据传给无线发送模块,经接收端转发上传到上位机。实验结果表明,无线传输的信号稳定性及可靠性高。 When the temperature measurement of the thermocouple measurement system is carried out over a long distance,there are problems such as signal interference and complicated wiring,and a measurement system for wireless communication was proposed.The design took CC3200 as the core,and realized point-to-point data transmission between the acquisition end and the receiving end according to the TCP protocol.The collecting end regulated the thermocouple signal,and the conditioning precision is within ±1.5℃.The AD conversion data was transmitted to the wireless transmitting module,and was forwarded to the upper computer through the receiving end.The experimental results show that the signal stability and reliability of wireless transmission are high.
