摘要
目的探讨卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻在辅助生殖技术中的应用。方法选取2013年1月至2019年6月徐州市妇幼保健院取卵当日因男方无精子可用行卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻技术,本研究采用改良桥接法预处理卵母细胞:为了减少高浓度玻璃化冷冻保护剂对卵母细胞的毒性作用,冷冻前采用基础液-冷冻液桥接技术预处理卵母细胞5 min,避免高浓度冷冻保护剂对卵母细胞直接毒性作用,分析卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻复苏周期的卵子复苏率、受精率、卵裂率、临床妊娠结局等。结果共复苏55枚卵子,存活45枚,复苏率81.82%,正常受精率77.78%(35/45),卵裂率100.00%,优质胚胎率45.71%(16/35),可利用胚胎率42.86%(15/35),临床妊娠率80.00%(4/5),流产率为0。结论卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻是取卵当日因各种原因无法取精或取精失败患者避免取消周期的一种补救措施。
Objective To investigate the application of vitrification of oocytes in assisted reproductive technology.Methods From January 2013 to June 2019,the oocytes were pretreated by modified bridging method.In order to reduce the toxicity of high concentration of vitrified cryoprotectant on oocytes,the oocytes were pretreated by basic liquid freezing liquid bridging technique for 5 minutes before freezing The direct toxic effects of cryoprotectants on oocytes were studied.The recovery rate,fertilization rate,cleavage rate and clinical pregnancy outcome were analyzed.Results 55 eggs were resuscitated,45 survived,the recovery rate was 81.82%,the normal fertilization rate was 77.78%(35/45),the cleavage rate was 100.00%,the high quality embryo rate was 45.71%(16/35),the available embryo rate was 42.86%(15/35),the clinical pregnancy rate was 80.00%(4/5),and the abortion rate was 0.Conclusion Vitrification of oocytes is a kind of remedial measure to avoid canceling the cycle for the patients who can't get sperm or fail to get sperm on the day of oocyte collection due to various reasons.
