摘要
目的研究黄体酮治疗对先兆流产患者血清孕酮及孕激素诱导的阻断因子(PIBF)水平的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月连云港市第二人民医院收治的45例先兆流产患者为实验组,另选取45例同期正常妊娠无先兆流产的孕妇为对照组。两组产妇均给予口服复合维生素及叶酸等常规孕期干预,实验组加用黄体酮肌肉注射14 d。比较两组妊娠期合并症发生率,治疗前后孕酮、PIBF水平以及妊娠结局。结果两组妊娠期合并症发生率及妊娠结局比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组孕妇血清孕酮水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组PIBF水平显著低于对照组;治疗后,实验组孕酮水平显著高于对照组;两组PIBF水平均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论黄体酮可以提高先兆流产孕妇体内孕酮和PIBF水平,降低妊娠期合并症的发生风险,并改善妊娠结局。
Objective To study the effect of progesterone on serum levels of progesterone and progesterone-induced blocking factor(PIBF)in patients with threatened abortion.Methods From May 2017 to May 2019,45 patients with threatened abortion admitted to Lianyungang Second People's Hospital were selected as the experimental group,and 45 pregnant women without threatened abortion during the same period of normal pregnancy were selected as the control group.Both groups of women were given oral multivitamin and folate and other routine pregnancy intervention.In addition,the experimental group was treated with progesterone intramuscular injection for 14 d.The incidences of pregnancy complications,levels of progesterone and PIBF before and after treatment and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum progesterone level between the two groups(P>0.05),the level of PIBF in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the progesterone levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the PIBF levels were increased in both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Progesterone can improve the levels of progesterone and PIBF in pregnant women with threatened abortion,reduce the risk of pregnancy complications and improve the pregnancy outcome.
