摘要
为优化75kW潮流能永磁发电机的磁路结构设计,本文根据技术要求和边界条件,选择合适的电磁拓扑,初步确定电磁结构,然后采用有限元仿真分析软件计算电磁参数,并针对涡流损耗、第二气隙、拉杆环流等问题专题分析。结果表明,采用有限元仿真分析软件计算电磁参数直观、准确,第二气隙、拉杆环流的仿真分析结果为磁路结构的设计提供依据。
In order to optimize the magnetic circuit structure design of 75kW tidal current energy permanent magnet generator,this paper selects the appropriate electromagnetic topology according to the technical requirements and boundary conditions,preliminarily determines the electromagnetic structure,and then uses the finite element simulation analysis software to calculate the electromagnetic parameters.Many problems such as the eddy current loss,the second air gap and tie rod circulation are analyzed.The results show that the finite element simulation analysis software is used to calculate the electromagnetic parameters intuitively and accurately.The simulation results of the second air gap and the tie rod circulation provide the basis for the design of the magnetic circuit structure.
