摘要
目的了解浙江省隔离戒毒人群性传播疾病(STD)感染状况及其影响因素。方法问卷调查隔离戒毒人员资料,隔离前检测梅毒、HIV、乙型肝炎病毒、丙型肝炎病毒、支原体、衣原体和淋球菌感染情况,评估感染危险因素。结果总感染率为83.8%。感染者年龄和吸毒年限均高于非感染者(P<0.01);单项感染组感染率更高,平均年龄和吸毒年限更低(P<0.01);年龄>30岁者混合感染率均高于<30岁者(P<0.05);吸食新型毒品和非注射吸毒者混合感染率分别低于吸食其他毒品和注射吸毒者(P<0.05);吸毒>1年者各种感染率均高于<1年者(P<0.05);男性混合感染率低于女性(P<0.01);有基础疾病者混合感染率高于无基础疾病者,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。回归分析显示吸毒年龄、基础疾病和吸毒年限是STD感染的独立危险因素(P<0.01)。结论浙江省隔离戒毒人群STD感染率高,年龄大、有基础疾病、吸毒年限长可显著增加STD感染风险。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of sexually transmitted diseases(STD)among drug users with isolated compulsorily in Zhejiang Province.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the basic data,detect the infecting condition of syphilis,hepatitis B,hepatitis C,mycoplasma,chlamydia and gonococcus before isolation,and further evaluate the risk factors of infection.Results Total infection rate was 83.8%in drug users.The average age and duration of drug abuse of infectious population were higher than that of non-infectious population(P<0.01).The infection rate in single infecting individuals was higher but the average age and duration of drug abuse were lower than that of mixed infecting ones(P<0.01).The mixed infection rate of patients over 30 years old was higher than that of those under 30 years old(P<0.05),and the mixed infection rate of new drug users and non-injecting drug users was lower than that of other drug users and injecting drug users(P<0.05).All kinds of infection rate of drug addicts>1 year were higher than those of<1 year(P<0.05),and the mixed infection rate of male was lower than that of female(P<0.01),and that of patients with basic diseases was higher than that of those without basic diseases,with the above differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that the age of drug abuse,basic disease and duration of drug use were independent risk factors of STD infection(P<0.01).Conclusion There is a high infection rate of STDs in isolated drug-addicts in Zhejiang Province,and elderliness,underlying diseases,and long duration of drug use can significantly increase the risk of STD infection.
