摘要
为了深入学习习近平生态文明思想,贯彻落实习近平总书记在深入推动长江经济带发展座谈会上的讲话和视察江西的讲话精神,实施长江经济带“共抓大保护”攻坚行动,推进鄱阳湖流域绿色发展,也为了交流长江经济带共抓大保护和大湖流域绿色发展最新成果,2019年11月30日,长江经济带共抓大保护与生态鄱阳湖流域建设论坛在江西省社会科学院召开。会议由中国社会科学院生态文明研究智库、江西省生态文明建设领导小组办公室、江西省推进长江经济带发展领导小组办公室和江西省社会科学院联合主办,江西省社会科学院江西发展战略研究所、《鄱阳湖学刊》编辑部、“生态文明和生态经济”重点学科承办,江西省武宁县人民政府协办。来自中国社会科学院、复旦大学、厦门大学和江苏、安徽、湖北、重庆、四川、云南、贵州、江西等11个省(市)社会科学院的知名专家学者代表,以及新闻媒体记者等共计100余人出席论坛。
On November 30,2019,the forum on the Large-scale Joint Protection in Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Construction of an Ecological Poyang Lake Basin was held at Jiangxi Academy of Social Sciences.The forum was co-sponsored by the Think Tank for Ecological Civilization of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,the Office of Jiangxi Provincial Leading Group for the Construction of Ecological Civilization,the Office of Jiangxi Provincial Leading Group for the Development of Yangtze River Economic Belt,and the Jiangxi Academy of Social Sciences.The undertakers of the forum were Jiangxi Development Strategy Institute,the editorial department of Journal of Poyang Lake,and the key discipline of ecological civilization and ecological economy from Jiangxi Academy of Social Sciences,with the support from People’s Government of Wuning County,Jiangxi Province.The attendees were more than 100 experts,scholars from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,Fudan University,Xiamen University,and Academy of Social Sciences of 11 provinces(cities)such as Jiangsu,Anhui,Hubei,Chongqing,Sichuan,Yunnan,Guizhou,Jiangxi,as well as representatives of the news media.The opening ceremony was hosted by Gong Jianwen,vice president of the Jiangxi Academy of Social Sciences.Hu Zhenpeng,former deputy governor of the Jiangxi Provincial People’s Government and doctoral supervisor of Nanchang University,delivered a keynote speech.Yang Kaizhong,deputy secretary and deputy director of the Institute of Urban Development and the Environment of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,Liang Yong,secretary of the Party Group and president of the Jiangxi Academy of Social Sciences,and Liu Bing,member of the Party Group of the Jiangxi Development and Reform Commission,full-time deputy director of the Jiangxi Provincial Leading Group Office of Ecological Civilization,all made addresses.The theme report was carried out in three stages during which experts and scholars delivered wonderful keynote speeches on the major strategies and constructing system a
