摘要
目的探讨消毒供应中心检查包装及灭菌区域4个高频接触位点的清洁程度在消毒后随时间变化的规律,为制定合理的清洁消毒频率提供依据。方法选择中日友好医院消毒供应中心检查包装及灭菌区域的4个手频繁接触位点灭菌器把手、封口机把手、扫描枪及清洗机推车把手,应用ATP生物荧光检测技术分别于清洁消毒前、消毒湿巾擦拭后即刻、擦拭后4 h、擦拭后8 h对上述位点进行检测采样,记录每个位点的不同采样时间点的ATP相对发光单位(RLU)值,并进行比较。结果医院消毒供应中心检查包装及灭菌区域的灭菌器把手、封口机把手、扫描枪及清洗机推车把手在清洁前的ATP检测合格率分别为27.3%、0%、9.1%和18.2%,不同位点的ATP检测值差异有统计学意义(F=4.248,P=0.110)。环境表面湿巾擦拭后即刻各位点的合格率分别为90.9%、90.9%、81.8%和100%,扫描枪ATP检测合格率显著低于其他位点;环境表面湿巾擦拭后4 h各位点合格率为18.2%~54.5%,8 h后各位点合格率为0%~36.4%,均较清洁消毒后即刻有显著的降低。结论消毒湿巾可有效地对医院消毒供应中心检查包装及灭菌区域手频繁接触位点进行清洁和消毒,环境表面清洁消毒后4 h污染程度即明显增加。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the rules of changes of cleanliness of 4 highly frequent contact points in packing and sterilization zones of central sterile supply department so as to provide guidance for development of reasonable frequency of cleaning and disinfection. METHODS The 4 highly frequent hand-contact sites in the packing and sterilization zones of CSSD of China-Japan Friendship Hospital, including sterilizer handles, sealer handles, scanning gun and automated washer/disinfector cart handles, were selected and in the Inspection and Packing area of hospital CSSD were selected and sampled by ATP bioluminescence technology before the disinfection and immediately, 4 hours and 8 hours after scrubbing with disinfection wipes, and the ATP relative luminescence unit(RLU) values were recorded at the different sampling time points and were compared among the sampling sites. RESULTS The qualified rates of ATP test of sterilizer handles, sealer handles, scanning gun and automated washer/disinfector cart handles the packing and sterilization zones of CSSD were respectively 27.3%, 0%, 9.1% and 18.2% before the cleaning, and there were significant differences in the ATP test values among the sampling sites(F=4.248,P=0.110).The qualified rates of the sampling sites were respectively 90.9%, 90.9%, 81.8% and 100% after the environmental surfaces were immediately scrubbed with wipes, the qualified rate of ATP test of the scanning gun was remarkably lower than that of other sampling sites.The qualified rates of the sampling sites ranged between 18.2% and 54.5% after the environmental surfaces were scrubbed with wipes for 4 hours and ranged between 0% and 36.4% after they were scrubbed for 8 hours, remarkably lower than those immediately after the cleaning and disinfection. CONCLUSION The disinfection wipes may achieve remarkable effect on cleaning and disinfection of the highly frequent contacting sites in packing and sterilization zones of CSSD, and the contamination degree is significantly increased after the cleaning and dis
