摘要
研制了一种基于平衡力法的滚动轴承动摩擦力矩测量仪。该仪器采用重力法进行轴向加载,与外界无接触,避免了测量载荷及主轴运动对轴承摩擦力矩测量的影响;同时,根据摩擦力矩测量过程的信号特征,避开轴承启动时的不稳定阶段,选取轴承运转稳定后的摩擦力矩值作为动摩擦力矩测量值,保证了仪器测量重复精度。试验结果表明,该测量系统的动摩擦力矩重复性精度为±3 mN·m,能满足滚动轴承动摩擦力矩高精度检测的要求。
A measuring instrument for running friction torque of rolling bearings is developed based on balance force method.The instrument is loaded axially by dead weight method and has no contact with outside,the influence of measuring load and spindle motion on measurement of friction torque of the bearings is avoided.At the same time,according to signal characteristics during measurement of friction torque,the unstable stage is avoided during startup of the bearings.The value of friction torque after stable operation of the bearings is selected as measured value of running friction torque,ensuring repeated measurement accuracy of the instrument.The test results show that the repeatability accuracy of running friction torque of the measuring system is±3 mN·m,meeting requirements for high precision measurement of running friction moment of rolling bearings.
