摘要
以全国名老中医李桂贤教授临证医案为基础,探析其临证特色用药及对药配伍。素馨花清疏和润、表里通调且善疏肝气和调胃络;木蝴蝶疏气令调、散收兼备又能和胃利咽养阴生肌;布渣叶消食导滞、解表清里且有清湿止泻之功,三药具为轻清流动、芳香平和之品,兼有调气和中之功,由临证用药窥见其治病理法,总结其特色用药并由药推及其治病立法以"和"为纲的思路指导临床,疗效显著,其特色用药方法值得进一步推广。
Based on the medical records of Professor LI Gui-xian, a renowned Chinese doctor, this paper probes into the characteristics of LI’s clinical medication and its compatibility with medicines. Suxinhua is clear and moist, is good at regulating liver Qi and regulating stomach collaterals, Muhudie is able to regulate Qi, disperse and collect simultaneously, and is able to regulate stomach, pharynx, nourish Yin and muscle, Buzhaye for digestion and stagnation, relieve superficial and clear interior and clear dampness. The antidiarrheal effect of the three medicines is light and clear flowing, aromatic and peaceful. They both have the function of regulating Qi and neutralizing. From the clinical medication, we can see the pathological method of LI’s treatment, summarize the thought of "harmony" as the outline of its characteristic medication and its treatment legislation, and guide the clinic. The curative effect is remarkable. Professor LI Gui-xian characteristic medication method is worth further promoting.
