摘要
现阶段人工智能技术发展日渐成熟,尤其是图像识别、语音识别等技术在各行各业的应用逐渐取得成效。移动警务终端是公安交通民警持有的基础设备,在路面巡逻、执法过程中被广泛应用。以移动警务终端为载体,公安交通集成指挥平台将部分业务拓展到了移动端。公安交通集成指挥平台主要业务有缉查布控、视频巡查、非现场执法等,依托移动警务终端的视频、语音模块,结合人工智能技术在业务中实现人脸识别、语音输入、语音指令等功能应用。
At this stage,the development of artificial intelligence technology is becoming more and more mature,especially the application of image recognition,speech recognition and other technologies in all walks of life have gradually achieved results.Mobile police terminal is the basic equipment used by traffic police officers and is widely used in the process of road patrol and law enforcement.With the mobile police terminal as the carrier,the integrated traffic command platform expands part of its businesses to the mobile terminal.The main businesses of integrated traffic command platform includes detection and control,video inspection,offsite law enforcement,etc.By relying on the video and voice modules of mobile police terminal and combining with artificial intelligence technology,the platform can realize the application of face recognition,voice input,voice instruction and other functions in business.
