不同工艺对菜粕发酵气味及堆肥品质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以菜粕为材料,设计7个不同物料配比的菜粕堆肥处理,经过10 d发酵,比较不同处理发酵气味、温度、水分、电导率和发芽指数,从而筛选出一个最合适的菜粕发酵物料配比。结果表明:菜粕+氧化镁+工艺废水+除臭菌剂的处理发酵气味最淡,堆肥品质良好,GI值达到100%,菜粕+竹屑+氧化镁+工艺废水+低温发酵菌剂的处理发酵气味次之,堆肥品质较好,GI值达到80%,菜粕+有机辅料+氧化镁+工艺废水+低温发酵菌剂的处理发酵气味最浓,堆肥品质较差,GI值仅43.82%。因此,以MgO作为氧化剂,工艺废水作为堆肥水分调节用水,除臭菌剂作为发酵菌剂和竹屑作为辅料的物料配比最有利于改善菜粕堆肥气味,加快堆肥腐熟,提高堆肥品质。 Using rapeseed meal as material,seven kinds of material mixture ratios were designed for composting.After 10 days of fermentation,the fermentation odor,temperature,moisture,conductivity and germination index were compared to select the optimal material ratio of rapeseed meal composting fermentation.The results showed that treatment 7 (rapeseed meal + MgO + process wastewater + bacterial deodorant) had the slightest odor,good compost quality,and the GI value reached 100%.For treatment 4 (rapeseed meal + bamboo chips + MgO + process wastewater + low temperature fermentation bacteria agent),its fermentation odor was the second slight,compost quality was good,and GI value reached 80%.Treatment 3 (rapeseed meal + organic auxiliary material + MgO + process wastewater + low temperature fermentation bacteria agent) had the strongest fermentation odor and poor compost quality,and the GI value was only 43.82%.Therefore,using MgO as the oxidant,process wastewater as composting water,bacterial deodorant as the fermentation agent and bamboo chips as the auxiliary material is most beneficial to improving the odor of rapeseed meal compost,accelerating the composting and improving the compost quality.
