广东百香果病毒的检测 被引量:7

Detection of virus infecting passion fruit in Guangdong

摘要 近年来,百香果(Passiflora edulis)已成为我国南方的一种重要水果.由于百香果为无性繁殖,且连年种植,病毒病害迅速蔓延,严重影响其产量和品质.对广东百香果种植区博罗、怀集、五华、兴宁、大埔、新丰和和平等地进行病害调查并采集疑似样品进行病毒检测,发现百香果病毒病害发生普遍,田间症状主要表现为花叶、皱缩和斑驳等.根据黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)、西番莲木质化病毒(Passion fruit woodiness virus,PWV)和西番莲斑驳病毒(Passiflora mottle virus,PaMV)的保守序列设计特异引物,利用Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR)方法进行病毒检测和分析,结果表明,从怀集、大埔紫香和新丰台农1号上检测到CMV,五华满天星上检测到PaMV. Passion fruit(Passiflora edulis)has become an important fruit in south China in recent years.Due to its asexual reproduction and planting for several years,virus diseases seriously affect the yield and quality of passion fruit.A disease survey was conducted on the passion fruit of Boluo,Huaiji,Wuhua,Xingning,Dapu,Xinfeng,Heping in Guangdong Province,and suspected samples were collected.The results indicated that virus diseases,with symptoms of mosaic,crinkle and mottle,were important diseases of passion fruit.The specific primers were designed based on the conservative sequences of Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV),Passion fruit woodiness virus(PWV),and Passiflora mottle virus(PaMV)to detect these viruses by RT-PCR,then sequenced and analyzed.The results showed that CMV was detected from Zixiang of Huaiji and Dapu,Tainong1hao of Xinfeng,and PaMV from Mantianxing of Wuhua.
