防爆无轨胶轮车变速箱故障分析及改进

摘要 针对某型防爆无轨胶轮车变速箱壳体开裂、内部异响、挂挡困难等现象,从使用、设计、铸造工艺以及金相等方面分析故障原因。通过加强控制铸造温度以及采用自润滑轴承等措施,有效地提升了变速箱的质量,延长了变速箱的使用寿命。 Aiming at the phenomenon that the gearbox of flameproof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle has cracking of housing,internal abnormal sound and shifting difficulties,the causes of fault of gearbox were analyzed from the aspects of usage,design,casting technology,metallography and so on.By strengthening the control of casting temperature and adopting self-lubricating bearings,the quality of gearbox was effectively improved and the service life of gearbox was increased.
