摘要
血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)是一种罕见的微血管血栓-出血综合征。TTP平均发病率为1∶105,该病死亡率为10%~20%。血浆置换是TTP的首选治疗方法,及时治疗能够最大限度地改善患者的预后。该文对1例妊娠合并TTC进行分析。
Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura(TTP)is a rare entity of thrombosis-hemorrhage microangiopathy syndrome. The average morbidity rate of TTP is 1:100000, and its mortality rate is 10% ~ 20%. The first choice treatment in acute phase of TTP is plasma exchange. Timely treatment can improve the patient’s prognosis furthest. One case of pregnancy associated with TTC was analyzed in this paper.
