摘要
智库发展到今天,已经成为政府、行业、企业决策的重要咨询机构,尤其是面对更为复杂的对象进行分析与政策制定时,更是这样。随着中国城镇化的推进,城市的运行顺畅及安全问题涉及的主体越来越多样化和复杂化,好的专业智库就愈发必要。本文从城市安全对智库的需求,智库能在其中有所作为的内容,面向城市安全的九类智库报告,当前已有的高校、专业科研机构与城市安全相关的智库,以及基于“数据一信息一研判一方案”(DIIS)的智库理论与方法进行了简要说明。
Think tank has been the important consulting organization which can serve government,enterprise,and industry in this new era,especially when facing to the complicated objective and situation.City management including safety and security demands better think tanks with professional suggestion and policy design.The requirement from city security and the production classification are discussed and proposed.Some existing think tanks for city security research are introduced.
