摘要
该文对半导体器件质量等级的由来进行了说明,并对国内外军用半导体器件的质量保证等级作了介绍,以期对从事半导体器件设计选型、采购管理的人员有所帮助,加深对于半导体器件质量等级的认识。
In this paper,the origin of the quality level of semiconductor devices is explained,and the quality assurance level of military semic onductor devices at home and abroad is introduced,with a view to helping the personnel engaged in the design selection and procurement management of semiconductor devices,and deepening the understanding of the quality level of semiconductor devices.
