摘要
电动工具电机的振动,对操作者身体健康,工作效率和安全性等影响很大。本文在进行角磨振动测试的基础上,提出以电机转子固有频率为目标函数的自动计算优化。结合某型角磨振动系统,通过Excel编程,求解电机系统的固有频率,从而最高效便捷的完成角磨振动优化设计。实际制作安装后进行测试,角磨整体振动由原设计的4.5m/s2降低到1.5m/s2,提高了操作舒适性。
Vibration effect of the power tool had a strong influence on the consumer’s health, the working efficiency and safety. The article proposed an automatic optimization design method for rotor system. The natural frequency parameters of rotor system were obtained by Excel program, and the goal of vibration decreasing was achieved.
