摘要
在我国对"高质量发展"理念和特种设备检验品牌建设的大力推行下,根据当前经济形势对质量发展的新要求,结合现行法律法规和政策要点和特种设备检验检测检机构质量管理的现状,提出当前相关机构质量管理存在问题和重点难点.本文针对机构质量能力不足、质量体系不完善、质量监督需规范、质量技术要提升等四个方面的问题展开重点讨论,并以南京特种设备安全监督检验研究院为例,依据先进质量管理方针解决特检机构存在的疑难杂症.文章采用科学理念为特种设备检验检测机构提升质量管理水平,满足机构品牌建设的迫切需求.提升电梯安全形势,促进了电梯综合管理新机制的形成.
Under the promotion of the concept of"high-quality development"and the brand construction of special equipment inspection in China,the existing problems and key difficulties in quality management of related organizations are put forward according to the new requirements of the current economic situation for quality development combined with the current laws,regulations and policies and the current situation of quality management of special equipment inspection and inspection institutions.This paper mainly discusses the existing problems such as lack of quality capacity,imperfect quality system,standardization of quality supervision and improvement of quality and technology of special inspection organizations.It takes Nanjing Special Inspection Institute as an example to explain how to solve the problems existing in special inspection institutions with the advanced quality management policy,and puts forward scientific ideas to improve the quality management level of special equipment inspection and testing institutions.This could meet the urgent needs of institutional brand building,improve the elevator safety situation,and promote the formation of a new comprehensive elevator management mechanism.
