摘要
文章介绍了一种新型挖斗可偏转挖掘机工作装置的结构,描述了其关键部件摆动油缸的结构和工作原理.着重依据多级线性疲劳积累理论和多级疲劳裂纹扩展理论分析并确定摆动油缸所使用的金属材料的曲线,并借助ANSYS Workbench软件对摆动油缸各零部件进行寿命评估.结果显示,摆动油缸各零部件中疲劳寿命最小的为拨动销,为挖斗可偏转挖掘机工作装置的优化提供理论依据.
The structure of a new type of the working device of bucket deflectable excavator is introduced,and the structure and working principle of the key component swing cylinder are described.The s-n curve of the metal material used in the swing cylinder is analyzed and determined mainly based on the multi-stage linear fatigue accumulation theory and multi-stage fatigue crack propagation theory,and the life evaluation of each component of the swing cylinder is carried out by means of ANSYS Workbench software.The analysis results show that the minimum fatigue life of each component of the swing cylinder is the dial pin,which can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the bucket deflectable excavator working device.
