摘要 中油国际管道公司所辖跨境油气长输管道具有运行距离长、场站分散、处理数据量大、过境国法律不同的特点。为了使调度人员直观了解管道状态,突发事件情况下实现多国协调、统一指挥,通过在总部调控中心搭建可视化系统,使得日常监控有方法、应急情况多国协调有组织,统一指挥有响应、展示企业形象有平台。可视化系统大屏是全球最节能的显示拼接技术,符合美国节能与生态环境建筑委员会可持续性LEED绿色评定,投用14个月总耗电量仅为6 700 kWh。在安全环保方面也具备噪音低、光污染光辐射小的特点。 the long-distance cross-border oil and gas pipelines under the jurisdiction of CPC international pipeline company have the characteristics of long operating distance, scattered stations, large amount of processing data and different laws of transit countries. In order to make the dispatching personnel intuitively understand the pipeline status, realize the multinational coordination and unified command in case of emergencies. By building a visual system in the control center of the headquarters, the daily monitoring method, the multinational coordination and organization in case of emergency,the response of the unified command,and the platform toshow the corporate image are provided. The large screen of the visualization system is the most energy-efficient display splice technology in the world, which meets the sustainable LEED green rating of the council on energy conservation and eco-environmental building. The total power consumption in 14 months is only 6 700 k Wh.In the aspect of safety and environmental protection,it also has the characteristics of low noise and light pollution and light radiation.
