乙炔氢氯化反应用无汞催化剂的制备及优化

摘要 以活性炭为载体、氯金酸和氯化亚铜为活性组分,采用等体积浸渍法制备无汞催化剂,在固定床反应器上评价该催化剂的催化活性。通过添加氯化锡、氯化铋和氯化铈等助剂制备多组分无汞催化剂,考察多组分催化剂的催化性能,结果表明,添加辅助组分与助剂可以显著提高无汞催化剂催化活性。使用正交法筛选出AuCl3-CuCl-SnCl4-BiCl3-CeCl3/C催化剂,乙炔转化率达90.8%,氯乙烯选择性为99.6%,最佳质量配比为2%AuCl3/21%CuCl/9%SnCl4/4%BiCl3/2%CeCl3。并对其工艺条件进行研究,结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:反应温度140℃,进料比V(HCl)∶V(C2H2)=1.05,活化时间80min。 The mercury-free catalyst was prepared by volumetric impregnation method using activated carbon as carrier and gold chloride and cuprous chloride as active components.The catalytic activity of the catalyst was evaluated in a fixed bed reactor.The multi-component mercury-free catalyst was prepared by adding additives such as tin chloride,bismuth chloride and cerium chloride.The results showed that the addition of auxiliary components and additives could significantly improve the catalytic activity.The AuCl3-CuCl-SnCl4-BiCl3-CeCl3/C catalyst was screened by orthogonal method.The conversion of acetylene was 90.8%,the selectivity of vinyl chloride was 99.6%,and the optimum mass ratio was 2%AuCl3/21%CuCl/9%SnCl4/4%BiCl3/2%CeCl3.The optimized reaction conditions were that reaction temperature was 140℃,V(HCl)∶V(C2H2)=1.05 in feed,and the activation time was 80 min.
