摘要
当代科技创新以计算机及信息科学技术为引擎取得了飞速发展,为新兴文化产业的产生提供了诸多可能性。信息化、互动化、多产业融合化已成为未来文化产业发展的主流。科技创新与文化产业发展存在“二元辩证”关系,二者相互影响、相互促进。科技创新背景下文化产业的发展既需要人才要素的支撑,又需要整合现有区域文化资源,为新兴文化业态发展创造环境。
Modern science and technology innovation has developed rapidly with computer and information technology,and provides many possibilities for the emerging culture industry.Informatization,interaction and multi-industrial convergence have become the mainstream in the future.“Dual Dialectical”relationship of between science and technology and cultural industry influence and promote of each other.The development of the cultural industry under the background of science and technology requires the support of talent factor,and needs to integrate existing regional cultural resources and creating an environment for the development of emerging cultural formats.
