摘要 针对日常正常运行的CTC设备上没有办法按照实景设置、也无法完成应急处置过程演练的问题,研发铁路行车调度实训仿真系统,实现列车模拟运行和常见行车设备故障、自然灾害、线路事故等非正常情况的仿真设置,实现列车调度员与司机、工务、电务、供电等现场工作人员的模拟交互,全过程反映处置过程和作业标准执行情况,并能进行科学、客观、一致的考核评价,提高列车调度员在非正常情况下的行车指挥水平。 In view of the problem that the CTC equipment in normal daily operation cannot be set according to the real scene and the emergency disposal process drill cannot be completed,the practical training simulation system of railway traffic control is developed to realize the simulation settings of train simulation operation,common equipment failures,natural disasters,line accidents and other abnormal conditions,complete the simulation interaction between train dispatcher and driver,track maintenance personnel,signal&communication maintenance personnel,power supply personnel and other on-site staffs.The whole process reflects the disposal process and the implementation of operating standards,and the scientific,objective and consistent assessment and evaluation can be carried out,to improve the train dispatcher’s command level under abnormal circumstances.
