摘要
在实地调研的基础上,对智慧社区建设中的政府投入、企业投入和社区投入模式发展现状进行了分析,并从功能性、经济性、协作性和安全性四方面目标对三种模式进行了比较。提出当前智慧社区建设中应当形成政府引导下的多元化投入渠道,但同时必须健全体制机制保障,确保多元资金投入和高效业务协作的有机统一。
Based on field survey,this paper analyzed the progress of government investment,enterprise investment and community investment models in smart communities,and compared the three models from four aspects including functionality,economy,coordination and security.This paper pointed out that when building a smart community,diversified investment channels shall be set up under the guidance of the government.In addition,the system and mechanism must be improved to ensure the balanced integration of diversified investment and effective cooperation.
