摘要
目的探讨精神康复群组管理模式对改善慢性精神分裂症患者生活技能及住院生活质量的相关因素.方法采用随机数字表法,将60例慢性精神分裂症住院患者分为干预组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组实施常规治疗护理及康复训练,干预组在对照组基础上采用群组管理模式进行精神康复训练,为期5周.干预前、干预后1周、4周、8周、12周分别进行生活技能评定量表、精神分裂症生活质量自评量表评定.结果训练干预前、后生活技能评价量表(SST)、精神分裂症生活质量量表(SQLS)评分,干预组与对照组、干预前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论精神康复群组管理模式对慢性精神分裂症住院患者的生活技能及生活质量有较明显的提高,能丰富患者住院生活,对患者身心康复有促进作用.
Objective To explore the related factors of mental rehabilitation group management model to improve the life skills and quality of life of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods In this paper,60 patients with chronic schizophrenia were divided into intervention group(n=30)and control group(n=30)randomly.The patients in the control group were given routine treatment,nursing and rehabilitation training,while the intervention group adopted the group management mode to carry on the mental rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group for a period of five weeks.Before intervention,I week,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after intervention,the life skills rating scale and the self-rating scale of quality of life of schizophrenia were evaluated respectively.Results There were significant differences in SST,SQLS score before and after training intervention between the intervention group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The group management model of mental rehabilitation can obviously improve the life skills and quality of life of inpatients with chronic schizophrenia,enrich the life of patients in hospital,and promote the physical and mental recovery of patients.
