摘要
目的针对抗疫一线护理人员可能会出现的心理状况展开调查,分析其预防策略。方法选择2020年1月31日-2020年2月10日96例新疆第一批驰援湖北医疗队的抗疫一线护理人员,在上岗3天采用自行设计的抗疫一线医务人员一般资料调查表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分和职业紧张量表(OSI-R),评估所有护理人员的心理状况。结果96名护理人员SCL-90量表占比前3位的指标分别为人际关系敏感70例(72.92%)、焦虑68例(70.83%)、恐怖(66.67%)。与专业护士常模比较,抗疫一线护理人员职业任务问卷和个体紧张反应问卷得分升高,个体对应激源问卷得分降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗疫一线护理人员的心理状态波动幅度较大,易出现焦虑、人际关系敏感等多种负面情绪,针对这些问题采取有效的应对措施有利于改善其负面情绪。
Objective To analyze the first-line nurses′psychological state and prevention strategies of fighting against COVID-19.MethodsFrom January 31,2020 to February 10,2020,96 first-line nurses from the first batch of Hubei Medical Team in Xinjiang were selected.The self-designed general information questionnaire,symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)score and occupational stress scale(OSI-R)were used to assess the psychological status of all the nurses on duty for three days.ResultsThe top three indicators of SCL-90 were interpersonal sensitivity in 70(72.92%),anxiety in 68(70.83%)and phobia in 66.67%.Compared with the norm of professional nurses,the scores of professional task questionnaire and individual stress response questionnaire increased,while the scores of individual corresponding resource questionnaire decreased(P<0.05).ConclusionThe first-line nurses′psychological states may be substantially changed;therefore,the corresponding prevention strategies shall be taken to prevent nurses′negative emotions in the important period of COVID-19.
