摘要
目的探讨美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病心力衰竭的效果。方法选取2017年7月~2018年7月我院收治的90例老年冠心病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照电脑随机分组方法将其分为观察组(45例)与对照组(45例)。对照组患者采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组患者采用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行距离(6MWT)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)及心肌炎性因子指标[超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)]水平,并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后的LVEDD、6MWT、LVEF均高于对照组,LVESD低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔与曲美他嗪联合治疗,对于老年冠心病心力衰竭,患者的各项心功能指标均得到改善,疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Metoprolol combined with Trimetazidine in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases)according to the computer random grouping method.The patients in the control group were treated with Metoprolol,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Metoprolol combined with Trimetazidine.The left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6-minute walking distance(6MWT),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),and levels of myocardial inflammatory factor indicators(hypersensitive C-reactive protein[hs-CRP],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],interleukin-6[IL-6])before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The LVEDD,6MWT,and LVEF in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,LVESD was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Metoprolol and Trimetazidine can improve the cardiac function indexes of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,and has significant efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
