摘要
围绕“加强和改进思想政治工作”的总体要求,分析高校思政工作体系的内涵及其遵循,坚持政治建设为统领,立德树人为中心,以“六争行动”工作策略融入人才培养体系,探讨突破瓶颈的理论依据。运用结构主义,从思政工作质量提升的内部结构系统和相互联系的整体,明晰高校思政工作引领力提升的必要性、内在逻辑和遵循,并提出以“六争行动”的工作策略融入人才培养体系,回答“思政工作是做什么的?为什么而做?怎么做?”这三个问题。
Around the general requirements of strengthening and improving ideological and political work,this paper analyses the connotation and the follow-up of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities,states the importance of adhering to the leadership of political construction,the centrality of morality education,and the integration of the strategy of“Six Goal-striving Actions”into the talents training system,and explores the theoretical basis of making a breakthrough.Then,this paper suggests that the use of structuralism can help clarify the necessity,internal logic,and compliance of the promotion of the leading force of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities in terms of the internal structure system and the interrelated entirety.At last,this paper proposes integrating the strategy of“Six Goal-striving Actions”into the talents training system,and answers three questions including“What the ideological and political work is?Why do it?How to do it?”
