摘要
石首市人民医院医疗质量控制中心将专业质控与医政管理融合进行实践探索,采取明确构架、制定标准、下发规划、强化督导、注重评价等措施,达到了有效向基层延伸管理的良好效果:质量控制示范作用有效彰显、同质管理有力推进、质量意识切实增强、诊疗专业水平不断提升、医疗改革助力推动。医院医疗质量控制中心向基层延伸管理实践显示,只要医院强化质控中心功能定位、加强质量控制管理措施,不断完善医疗质控信息平台建设,科学地运用各种质量管理工具,医院质量控制管理文化将逐渐形成。
Shishou City People’s Hospital medical quality control center combines professional quality control and medical administration management for practical exploration,adopting clear framework,formulating standards,issuing plans,strengthening supervision,focusing on evaluation and other measures,achieving a good extension of management to the grassroots.Effect:The demonstration effect of quality control is effectively demonstrated,the homogeneous management is effectively promoted,the quality awareness is effectively enhanced,the professional level of diagnosis and treatment is continuously improved,and medical reform is facilitated.The practice of extending the management of the hospital’s medical quality control center to the grassroots level shows that as long as the hospital strengthens the functional positioning of the quality control center,strengthens the quality control management measures,continuously improves the construction of the medical quality control information platform,scientifically uses various quality management tools,and the hospital quality control management culture will gradually form.
