摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在瘢痕子宫再次妊娠产妇中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的100例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠产妇,依据护理方案的不同分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组用常规护理干预,观察组用综合护理干预,比较两组的产程时间、产后出血量、住院时间、疼痛评分及妊娠结局。结果观察组总产程和住院时间短于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和剖宫产率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对瘢痕子宫再次妊娠产妇用综合护理干预手段效果尤为显著,能有效改善妊娠结局,缩减产程时间,减少产后出血量和疼痛程度,确保母婴安全,在临床有应用价值。
Objective To probe into the application effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant women with scarred uterus.Methods A total of 100 cases of pregnant women with scarred uterus who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were retrospective analyzed,and the patients were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to the nursing plan.The control group were treated with the routine nursing intervention,while the observation group were treated with the comprehensive nursing intervention.Then,the duration of labor,postpartum hemorrhage,hospitalization time,pain score and pregnancy outcome of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total course of labor and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was less than that in the control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and cesarean section rate were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for pregnant women with scarred uterus are especially significant,which can effectively improve pregnancy outcomes,reduce labor time,reduce postpartum hemorrhage and pain,and ensure the safety of mothers and infants,thus it has clinical application value.
