摘要
运用文献研究法、访谈法和观察法等对日本的体育产业的概念界定、体育产业发展现状进行分析。结果发现,日本体育产业的发展方式是:以户外运动为主的体育用品市场细分;体育场地及设施的多元化和便利化;企业的进入促进体育产业发挥正外部效应;健康增进需求促进了体育消费。由日本体育产业发展方式得到启示,中国体育产业应加大"放管服"改革;中国体育产业应以需求为导向促进体育服务业发展;中国要加强体育运动安全教育和体育运动风险防范;中国要完善商业性和群众性全国性体育赛事治理体系。
By using the methods of literature review,interview and observation,this paper analyzes the concept definition and current situation of sports industry in Japan.The results show that the development mode of sports industry in Japan is market segmentation of sports goods characterized by outdoor sports,diversification and facilitation of sports venues and facilities,the entry of enterprises promoting the sports industry to play positive external effects,and health promotion demand promoting sports consumption.Enlightened by the experience of Japan’s sports development mode,China’s sports industry development should increase the reform of"release,management and service";be demand-oriented to promote the development of sports service industry;strengthen sports safety education and sports risk prevention;and improve the management system of commercial and mass national sports events.
