纺织品吸湿速干性能中水分蒸发速率计算方法探讨 被引量:3

摘要 标准GB/T 21655.1-2008《纺织品吸湿速干性的评定第1部分:单项组合试验法》给出了检测水分蒸发速率的计算方法,对浸湿试样记录一定时间点的水分蒸发量,通过这些时刻点的蒸发量绘制时间-蒸发量曲线图,在该曲线图明显趋缓点之前的曲线上作最接近直线部分的切线,该切线的斜率即该试样的水分蒸发速率。但在标准中未能明确指出截取这段时刻点2个端点的具体位置,仅能借助试验人员目光筛选。通过一组试验数据采取2种不同的截取方法来绘制切线,计算出2种不同的斜率。针对相同的数据可能由于人员的差异得出不同的试验结果,提出计算各个时刻点斜率的标准偏差来考虑数据的离散性,提高在实际操作过程中计算水分蒸发速率的准确性和一致性。 GB/T 21655.1-2008《Textiles-Evaluation of absorption and quick-drying-Part 1:method for combination test》was presented to detect moisture evaporation rate.Moisture evaporation of wet sample at a certain time point was recorded.Time-evaporation curve was drawn through the moisture evaporation at these time points.The slope of the tangent line was the moisture evaporation rate of the sample according to the tangent line of the curve.However,in the standard,the specific location of two endpoints was not clearly indicated,the points could be found only with the help of the eyes of the test personnel.Based on a set of test data,two different intercept method were used to draw the tangent.The two kinds of different slope were calculated.The same data may lead to different test results because of the difference of personnel.The standard deviation of slope at each time point was proposed to consider the discreteness of data,and improve the accuracy and consistency of the calculation of water evaporation rate in practical operation.
