摘要
将铝灰作为原料,采用共沉淀法制备了改性水滑石。通过X射线衍射、SEM扫描电镜等对其进行了表征,结果显示改性剂分子已插层至水滑石层间。在添加量较低时,改性水滑石粒子可以显著提高PVC和热稳定性能。
The modified LDH were prepared by coprecipitation,using aluminum ash as raw material.The LDH were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results showed that the modifier molecules have intercalated into the LDH layer.When the addition amount of modified LDH was low,the Modified LDH particles can significantly improve the PVC’s mechanical properties and thermal stability.
