摘要
SAPO-34分子筛合成的基本方法为水热合成法,而合成过程中基本都需要有机模板剂的参与,有机模板剂通常是合成分子筛原料中最贵的成分。从"绿色化学"--原子经济性角度出发,降低模板剂的添加量从而降低成本是我们追寻的终极目标。
The basic method of SAPO-34 molecular sieve synthesis is hydrothermal synthesis,and the synthesis process basically requires the participation of organic template,which is usually the most expensive component in the synthesis of molecular sieve raw materials.From the perspective of "green chemistry"--atomic economy,the ultimate goal we pursue is to reduce the addition amount of template and thus reduce the cost.
