摘要
2,4-二叔丁基苯酚是一种应用广泛的化工原料或中间体,可采用苯酚为原料,通过2,4烷化反应来合成。本文报道了一种La,Ce改性的分子筛催化剂及其在2,4烷化反应中的应用性能。通过考察反应工艺参数对其催化性能的影响规律,发现当反应温度为90℃~100℃时,苯酚转化率达99.5%以上,2,4-二叔丁基苯酚的选择性超过74%,优于以往文献报道。同时,通过系统分析催化剂在烷化反应前后的结构与性质,探究了催化剂的失活行为。研究表明,催化剂性能的衰退是由于副产物在催化剂孔道内的吸附造成的。通过在空气气氛中500℃下对反应后的催化剂进行焙烧,可使催化剂获得再生。
2,4-ditert-butylphenol is widely used as chemical raw material or intermediate,which can be synthesized via 2,4 alkylation reaction using phenol as raw material.In this paper,La,Ce-modulated molecular sieve catalyst is prepared and utilized in 2,4 alkylation reaction.The influence of reaction process parameters on catalytic performance is investigated.Under the condition of reaction temperature of 90℃ ~ 100℃,the reactant conversion rate is above 99.5%,and the selectivity of catalyst to 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol is over 74%,which is better than previous reports.Moreover,the structure and properties of the catalyst before and after the alkylation reaction were systematically characterized to study the deactivation behavior of the catalyst.It was found that the degradation of the catalystic performance can be attributed to the adsorption of by-products in the pore of the catalyst.Furthermore,the catalyst can be regenerated by calcination at 500℃ in air atmosphere.
