超声弹性成像联合数字乳腺断层摄影在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨在乳腺癌诊断中应用超声弹性成像联合数字乳腺断层摄影的价值。方法:回顾性分析我院在2018年1月至2019年10月期间就诊的疑似乳腺癌患者32例,均行超声弹性成像联合数字乳腺断层摄影,将病理结果作为金标准,对超声弹性成像联合数字乳腺断层摄影诊断结果作分析。结果:超声弹性成像联合数字乳腺断层摄影的特异度、灵敏度、阳性和阴性检出率较优,其检测准确率与病理诊断结果较相似,组间差异性不明显(P>0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌诊断中应用超声弹性成像联合数字乳腺断层摄影,其诊断准确性较高,具有便捷、经济的特点。
