摘要
目的:探讨中药房药师开展中药学服务的方法与价值.方法:选取2017年2月-2018年12月中药治疗患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例.常规组开展常规中药服用指导;中药学服务组开展中药学服务.比较两组指导效果.结果:中药学服务组临床疗效、中医证候积分、简明健康量表评分、患者对中药作用机制认知水平、治疗依从性、中药煎煮技巧掌握度、治疗时间及不良反应发生率均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:中药治疗患者通过中药房药师开展中药学服务效果确切,可提高患者对药物的认知,并掌握煎煮方法,提高遵医行为,减少不良反应发生率,更好改善病情,缩短治疗时间,改善健康水平.
Objective:To explore the methods and value of developing Chinese pharmaceutical care by pharmacists in TCM room.Methods:From February 2017 to December 2018,90 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 45 cases in each.The routine group was given regular instruction of taking traditional Chinese medicine;the Chinese pharmacy service group was given the traditional Chinese medicine service.We compared the results of the two groups.Results:In the Chinese pharmacy service group,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,concise health scale score,patients'cognitive level of the mechanism of Chinese medicine,treatment compliance,the mastery of Chinese medicine decoction skills,treatment time and the incidence of adverse reactions were all better than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine,the effect of carrying out Chinese pharmaceutical care through pharmacists of Chinese pharmacy is accurate,it can improve the patients'cognition of drugs,master the decocting method,improve the compliance behavior,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,better improve the condition,shorten the treatment time and improve the health level.
