摘要 通过对纳林河二号煤矿31102工作面回风巷超前支护段强矿压作用机理及回采过程中微震监测系统、超前应力监测系统、地面沉降观测数据的综合分析,总结了临空巷道回采期间超前支护段巷道变形机理及覆岩运动规律。结合现场矿压规律和微震监测数据分析结果,将超前支护前300 m划分为高、中、低频区和稳定区,针对不同区段采取“四位一体”支护设计。现场实施后巷道变形得到有效控制,实现了安全高效回采,对类似矿井大采高临空巷道超前支护有一定借鉴意义。 Based on the comprehensive analysis of the mechanism of strong mine pressure in the advanced support section of the air return roadway,and the microseismic monitoring,the advanced stress monitoring and the ground settlement observation during the mining period in No.31102 working face of Nalinhe coal mine,the deformation mechanism of roadway in advanced support section during mining and the law of overburden movement were summarized.According to the analysis of the field ground pressure law and microseismic monitoring data,the 300 m before the advanced support was divided into high,medium and low frequency section and stable section,and the“four in one”support design was adopted for different sections.After the field application,the deformation of the roadway was effectively controlled,and the safe and efficient mining was realized,which has a certain reference significance for the advanced support in fully mechanized mining face with large mining height.
