摘要
现代生活皮肤病有日趋增长趋势,且常因其病因不确切、症状瘙痒、病情反复、缠绵不愈影响患者的身心健康。中医以整体观念、辨证论治的原则,在治疗皮肤病时有其独特优势。本文简述王建青主任用经方治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛、荨麻疹、皮肤瘙痒症医案三则,旨在为临床提供一种新思路,通过上述3例经方治疗皮肤病案,更深感经方适用范围之广泛、疗效之确切。
Skin diseases have an increasing trend in modern life,and affect the physical and mental health of patients because of inaccurate causes,itching of symptoms,repeated illness and lingering.The holistic view and the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment in TCM have unique advantages in the treatment of skin diseases.In this article,3 medical cases are described,including classical prescription on postherpetic neuralgia,urticaria and pruritus from Director Wang Jianqing,in order to provide a new idea in the clinic.
