摘要
目的本研究基于案例教学法(CBL)建设护理专业学位研究生《高级护理实践导论》案例库,并探究其应用效果。方法组建专家团队建设《高级护理实践导论》案例库,对21名护理硕士研究生实施案例课堂教学,用问卷调查法及质性访谈法评价案例库教学效果。结果护理研究生对案例库教学效果评价总均分(32.99±15.77)分。质性访谈中发现案例教学法可以培养研究生的团队合作能力、临床思维能力等各项综合能力。结论护理专业学位研究生《高级护理实践导论》案例库的建设新颖性高、创新科学性强,应用案例库开展教学可以全面提高护理研究生的综合素质,推进临床实践教学改革。
Objective To investigate the application effect of the case-based learning based on the case-base of"Introduction to Advanced Nursing Practice"for postgraduate nursing students.Methods A group of experts were gathered to establish a case-base of"Introduction to Advanced Nursing Practice"for postgraduate nursing students.The case-based learning methods was used in classroom teaching for 21 postgraduate nursing students,and the teaching efficacy was evaluated by questionnaire survey and qualitative interview.Results The overall score for assessment of case-based learning was(32.99±15.77).The outcome of qualitative interview showed that case-based learning can effectively improve the students'teamwork and clinical thinking ability.Conclusion It is creative and scientific act of establishing the case-base of"Introduction to Advanced Nursing Practice"for postgraduate nursing students.The case-based learning is effective to improve comprehensive ability of students and promote the reform of clinical practice teaching.
