摘要
目的:探究益气活血化瘀汤联合尼可刹米对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(Acute Exacerbation Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,AECOPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者的影响。方法:选取我院2017年2月-2019年1月急诊AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者300例,根据治疗方案不同分组,各150例。尼可刹米组给予尼可刹米治疗,联合组给予益气活血化瘀汤、尼可刹米联合治疗。对比两组疗效及治疗前后肺功能指标、证候积分、血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平。结果:与尼可刹米组相比,联合组总有效率明显更高(P<0.05);治疗后联合组证候积分明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后联合组肺功能指标更优(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清CRP、TNF-α水平联合组较低(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血化瘀汤联合尼可刹米治疗急诊AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者,可缓解炎症,促进症状改善,增强肺功能,疗效显著。
Objective:To explore efficacy of the Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction(益气活血化瘀汤)plus Nikethamide on symptom and lung function in patients with AECOPD plus respiratory failure.Methods:300 patients with AECOPD plus respiratory failure in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were admitted,and divided into two groups according to different treatment,150 cases in each group.The Nikethamide group was treated with Nikethamide injection;and the integrative group was treated with the Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction more.Lung function,syndrome scores,CRP and TNF-αin two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency in the combination group was higher than the Nikethamide group.The syndrome scores in the combination group was lower than that in the Nikethamide group after treatment(P<0.05);lung function in the integrative group was better than that in the Nikethamide group after treatment(P<0.05).CRP and TNF-αin the combination group were lower than those in the Nikethamide group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction on AECOPD plus respiratory failure was effective,and can relieve inflammation,promote improvement of symptoms,and enhance lung function.
