摘要
随着我国社会老龄化进程的加快,作为党的队伍的一支重要力量,离退休党员的队伍越来越壮大,在整个党员队伍中所占的比例也越来越高,并呈现逐年上升的趋势。做好离退休党员管理工作是全面从严治党的一个重要课题。该文以中国疾病预防控制中心营养与健康所离退休党员管理工作经验为例,结合疾控中心工作实际,分析了疾控中心离退休党员管理工作的重要意义,工作中存在的问题及原因,并探讨提出若干解决的对策,推动离退休党员管理工作再上新台阶。
With the acceleration of China’s social aging process, as an important force of the party’s ranks, the ranks of retired party members are growing stronger and stronger, and the proportion of the entire party ranks is also increasing, with an increasing trend year by year. Doing a good job in the management of retired party members is an important subject for comprehensively and strictly governing the party. This article takes the management experience of retired party members in the Institute of Nutrition and Health of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention as an example, and combines the actual work of the CDC to analyze the significance of the management work of retired party members in the CDC, the problems and reasons in the work, explore and propose several solutions to promote the management of retired party members to a new level.
