摘要
目的慢性肺病(COPD)并呼吸衰竭者以中、西配合治疗的效果观察。方法方便选取2017年1—12月期间COPD、呼吸衰竭者为研究对象,人数60例,随机分组,对照组(常规西医治疗)共30例、观察组(中西配合治疗)共30例,分析两组疗效差异,比较患者相关指标、中医症候积分治疗前后变化。结果治疗后观察组与对照组症候积分、FVE1及FVC指标分别是(6.3±1.5)分、(9.5±2.0)分;(1.9±0.3)L、(1.5±0.2)L;(2.6±0.4)L、(2.1±0.5)L,差异有统计学意义(t=7.011、6.076、4.277,P<0.05);观察组治疗率为96.67%,高于对照组83.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.886,P<0.05)。结论以中西配合用于COPD、呼吸衰竭者治疗,临床疗效理想、患者肺功能得到改善,症状显著缓解。
Objective To observe the effect of combined treatment with chronic Chinese lung disease(COPD)and respiratory failure.Methods convenient select patients with COPD and respiratory failure during the period from January to December 2017 were enrolled in the study.The number of patients was 60,randomized,30 patients in the control group(conventional western medicine)and 30 patients in the observation group(Chinese and Western combined treatment).Differences were compared between patient-related indicators and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the symptom scores,FVE1 and FVC of the observation group and the control group were(6.3±1.5)points and(9.5±2.0)points;(1.9±0.3)L,(1.5±0.2)L;(2.6±0.4)L,(2.1±0.5)L,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.011,6.076,4.277,P<0.05);the treatment rate of the observation group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group 83.33%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.886,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of COPD and respiratory failure has a good clinical effect,improved lung function and significant relief of symptoms.
