摘要
目的:采用中医针灸综合疗法对强直性脊柱炎进行治疗,主要观察该疗法的临床疗效。方法:选择我院在2016年11月-2018年11月收治的86例强直性脊柱炎患者作为研究对象,对其进行随机分组,观察组43例与对照组43例,其中对照组采用传统西医疗法进行治疗,观察组采用中医针灸综合疗法进行治疗,比较两种疗法的临床疗效。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率89.4%,对照组65.1%,观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05,与对照组相比观察组各项身体体征与实验室指标均更优一些,P<0.05。结论:采用中医针灸综合疗法对强直性脊柱炎进行治疗,其临床疗效明显好于传统西医疗法,并且其经济适用性比较好,值得在临床治疗中借鉴发展。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion combined therapy in the treatment of mandatory spondylitis.Methods:86 mandatory spondylitis patients treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in the observation group and 43 cases in the control group.The control group received conventional western medicine therapy treatment,and the observation group received traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion combined therapy,the clinical curative effect of two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment was 89.4%in the observation group and 65.1%in the control group,which was significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,all physical signs and laboratory indexes in the observation group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion has better clinical efficacy than traditional western medicine,and its economic applicability is better.
