摘要
目的:研究止嗽散合三拗汤治疗慢性咳嗽患儿的疗效及对炎症因子、免疫功能的影响。方法:选择我院自2016年2月-2018年2月收治的104例慢性咳嗽的患儿作为研究对象,采用分区随机法将患儿分为对照组和观察组两组,每组52例。其中对照组患儿仅进行常规西医治疗,观察组患儿则进行止嗽散合三拗汤加减治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:观察组患儿的IL-6水平、TNF-α水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的IgG、IgA、IgM等指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿显效的有31例,占比58.49%,其治疗总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的18例、33.96%、84.91%(P<0.05);观察组患儿不良反应的总发生率为5.66%,显著低于对照组的28.30%(P<0.05)。结论:止嗽散合三拗汤治疗慢性咳嗽患儿的效果更好,可显著改善患儿的炎症因子水平和免疫功能,降低治疗期间不良反应的发生率,安全性好,可在临床上广泛推荐应用。
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Zhisou San plus the Sao’ao decoction(止嗽散合三拗汤)on children with chronic cough and its effect on inflammatory factors and immune function.Methods:104 children patients with chronic cough from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(52 cases)and the observation group(52 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine,while the children in the observation group were treated with Zhisou San plus the Sao’ao decoction,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the IgG,IgA,IgM levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were 31 cases of good effect in the observation group,accounting for 58.49%,the effective rate was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was 18 cases,33.96%,84.91%respectively(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.66%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,28.30%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhisou San plus the Sao’ao decoction is more effective in treating children with chronic cough.It can significantly improve the level of inflammatory factors and immune function,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,and is safe and can be widely recommended in clinical practice.
