摘要
目的探讨质量改进团队模式在减少新生儿低体温发生中的作用。方法成立质量改进团队,选定改进主题,设置耳温测量时间节点,拟订活动计划,查阅病历了解现状并确定改善重点,设定目标,用鱼骨图分析原因并找到真因,根据真因制订改进方案。结果实施质量改进团队模式后新生儿低体温的发生率由改善前的13.25%降低到3.80%(P<0.01),目标达标率106.78%,进步率71.32%。结论使用质量改进团队模式能有效减少新生儿低体温的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of quality improvement team( QIT) mode on reducing hypothermia in newborn.Methods Establish a quality improvement team, select improvement topic,set up the ear temperature measurement time,formulate the activity plan,review the medical record to understand the status and determine the improvement focus,set the target,analyze the cause with the fishbone diagram to find the true cause,and formulate the improvement plan according to the true cause.Results The rate of hypothermia in infants reduced from 13.25% to 3.80% after conducted QIT model(P<0.01).The qualified rate and improvement rate were up to 106.78% and71.32% respectively.Conclusion The application of QIT can reduce the rate of hypothermia in infants.
